The latest attraction of delicate taste of the Naturidyll Hotels
Nature welcomes you for breakfast in all the 30 Naturidyll Hotels in Austria and South Tyrol. All our Hotels offer natural regional specialities, and our hoteliers can tell you a story to every piece of cheese, bread, ham, jam, honey or juice.
Your holiday starts in the morning with a culinary excursion to the close surrounding. The various varieties of cheese at the breakfast buffet of the Naturidyll Hotel Adler in Schoppernau (Vorarlberg) are exclusively produced in a small cheese dairy in Schoppernau and are a preview of the beautiful surrounding nature Bregenzerwald.
The breakfast buffet in the Werzer’s Hotel Wallerwirt (Carinthia) starts not only with a spectacular view of the “Wörthersee” but also with many delicious sheep products. Cheese, milk, or yoghurt all regional products of very high quality.
Another Naturidyll Hotel specialised on sheep products is the “Almenlandhof in Fladnitz an der Teichalm” (Styria) producing its own sheep sausage as well as milk and cheese. 80 sheep belong to this idyllic Hotel. Grandpa Reisinger keeps bees and produces delicious honey in the hotels own forest.
The Naturidyll Hotel Steinschalerhof (Lower Austria) is one of four nominated hotels for the Austrian State Award of Tourism” in the category “The Garden Eden”. The hotel owner Hans Weiss offers not only 19 different varieties of jam but also many fruit juices all homemade from fruits of the hotel own garden like “Dirndlsaft”, elderberry juice, mince juice or Melissa juice.
Naturidyll Seehotel Huber (Salzburg) offers its guests delicious dark bread produced according to an old recipe in the oldest dark bread bakery of the “Salzkammergut”.
Naturidyll Hotel Landhofmühle (Burgenland) was distinguished with the Sustainability Award of the province „Burgenland“ There the exclusive breakfast buffet offers special regional or homemade products, like jam, honey or special bread varieties.
